We often want to eat a snack - but we don't have time to prepare it. Instead of reaching for ready-made solutions, we have an idea for a quick and healthy snack with olives and salmon. It is worth introducing them into your diet, because the caloric value of olives is about 150 kcal per 100 g. This is not much compared to other ready-made snacks. Here's our snack suggestion that you can prepare in 10 minutes!

Ingredients:
• 75 g green olives - for example Fragata from the Stovit brand. You can use olives stuffed with peppers, blue cheese, garlic or lemon.
• 75 g of black olives – for example Fragata from the Stovit brand
• 100 g of smoked salmon
• 1-2 slices of bread
• Fresh tomatoes
• Fresh basil

How to do it:
Cut the bread into cubes. Toast the bread cubes in a frying pan without fat. Cut the tomatoes. Place the tomatoes and drained green and black olives in a bowl. Add pieces of salmon. Place the toasted and cooled bread on top. Garnish with basil. Drizzle everything with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, season with salt and pepper.[:]
