We provide clear rules that minimize vehicle waiting times and eliminate registration errors:
- Notification and acceptance at the ramp: The reported shipment arrives at the assigned ramp. Our team physically verifies the delivery against the documentation and rigorously assesses the quality of the pallets and any damage to the packaging.
- WMS registration: Each pallet is labeled and recorded in our internal system. We monitor batch numbers and expiration dates.
- Physical rack or shelf storage: The assortment is transported to a designated high-bay warehouse area. Internal transport is carried out using professional trolleys, with full respect for the permissible load capacities of the floor and racks.
- Ongoing inventory management: We monitor the storage conditions of your goods. At this stage, at your request, we can perform additional logistics operations, such as export labeling or shrink-wrapping of cases.
- Completion and release: Once we receive the departure order, the cargo is quickly prepared for loading. We verify its correct release at the ramp and secure it for the journey.
