LOGISTICS SERVICE
Unloading and loading pallets
Eliminate ramp congestion and vehicle downtime penalties. We offer professional pallet unloading and loading under strict WMS control, ensuring cargo safety and operational efficiency. We take the burden of physical operations, accelerating your supply chain.
WHAT DOES THE SERVICE INCLUDES?
Professionalization of warehouse operations
Bottlenecks during pallet receipt and release are the most common cause of delays, carrier fines and accounting errors, so outsourcing these operations to an experienced 3PL operator allows you to turn logistics chaos into a smooth, optimized process billed only for the unit actually handled.
At MPT Stanro, we've been operating in the demanding wholesale market for 30 years, moving thousands of standardized pallets every day through our state-of-the-art docks in the Goleniów Industrial Park. Combining this experience with rigorous flow control in our WMS system, we completely handle the physical operations and guarantee rigorous verification of cargo quality and quantity from the very first second the trailer is opened.
SECURITY AND SCALE
Why is it worth entrusting your warehouse operations to us?
Record-keeping efficiency
Each pallet is scanned upon entry and exit. The workflow is monitored by the Warehouse Management System (WMS), which completely eliminates human error during releases and prevents damaged pallets from being accepted from suppliers.
Strict HACCP standards
We specialize in pallet handling of FMCG products. Our infrastructure ensures complete sanitary safety and maintains temperature control during pallet transfer to and from the trailer.
Media logistics
We solve the problem of space crunches. In addition to handling full pallets of goods, we also manage, sort, and safely load or unload empty return pallets.
SIMPLE PROCESS
Efficient pallet handling in 3 steps
Notification and verification
We require precise notification within a specific time window. When the vehicle arrives at the dock, we immediately begin rigorous inspection of the condition of the carriers and the compliance of the pallet load with the shipping documentation.
Physical pallet transfer
We use professional forklifts to move pallets quickly and safely. We work dynamically to optimize driver time and prevent downtime.
Records and issuance
We complete every pallet operation in the WMS system. The unloaded pallet goes directly to the rack or cross-dock, and the properly loaded and balanced vehicle sets off on its way without delay.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions about unloading and loading pallets
Yes. In addition to pallet spaces designated for rack storage, we also have areas adapted for shelf storage, allowing us to flexibly handle smaller batches and e-commerce.
We take full responsibility for your cargo from the moment we physically receive it at our ramp. Every unloading begins with rigorous quantity and quality checks, protecting you from receiving damaged shipments from suppliers.
A rigorous, internal WMS system oversees warehouse logic. It verifies each scanned unit upon receipt, monitors rotation against expiration dates (FEFO), and monitors the efficiency of releases at the dock, minimizing the risk of errors.
We use a transparent pricing model based on the actual physical operation performed – you pay a rate for moving, sorting, and recording a specific cargo unit (pallet, box). This converts your fixed employee costs into variable costs, allowing for secure business scalability.
Absolutely. Our team provides value-added services (VAS) directly in the flow zone. Before the load leaves the ramp bound for Germany or the UK, we can apply the necessary multilingual labels and EAN codes, and additionally shrink-wrap the pallets for safety during destination transport.
Unloading and loading pallets – eliminate bottlenecks on the ramp
Scaling a B2B business, whether export or e-commerce, often comes down to warehouse throughput. An inefficient flow of goods not only wastes time but also poses significant financial risks.
Attempting to handle growing volumes and sales peaks in-house is a surefire path to operational errors. The most common problems faced by companies attempting to do this on their own include:
- Penalties for car downtime: Congestion at the docks resulting from lack of liquidity and poor notification planning.
- Recording errors: Shortages in shipments or unknowingly accepting damaged batches from suppliers.
- Damage to carriers and cargo: Resulting from rushing and inappropriate manipulation of trolleys.
- Fixed costs: Maintaining a full warehouse team even outside peak season.
The solution is outsourcing. Handing over ramp operations to a specialized 3PL operator allows you to replace logistical chaos with a rigorous process managed by a WMS.
Pallet handling at MPT Stanro – hard data and full control
We've been operating in the dynamic wholesale market for 30 years. We serve a network of over 2,000 stores daily, moving thousands of standardized cargo units. We know that every second counts on the dock, and precise accounting is crucial.

What exactly does our operational process involve?
We have divided our work into rigorous stages to eliminate the risk of input and output errors.
1. Unloading pallets (Inbound):
- Quick unloading of the trailer in accordance with precisely established notification.
- Hard quantitative and qualitative records of each pallet immediately at the entrance.
- Scanning logistics codes (GS1-128, SSCC) into the WMS system.
- Verification of the condition of media (e.g. EURO pallets) and customs and trade documentation.
2. Pallet loading (Outbound):
- Checking and shaping the load (e.g. verifying whether the goods do not protrude beyond the outline of the pallet).
- Safe stacking for maximum use of trailer space.
- Dynamic trolley transfer, minimizing driver downtime.
- Final shipment compliance scan before release.
3. Reverse logistics of carriers:
- Management, sorting and safe unloading/loading of empty return pallets.
- Solving the problem of frozen storage space due to empty carriers.
Why is it worth entrusting ramp operations to MPT Stanro?
By entrusting us with the physical handling of pallets, you gain specific business advantages:
- Record keeping efficiency: The WMS system monitors the movement of each pallet and ensures strict goods rotation (FEFO).
- HACCP Safety: We ensure full sanitary safety and maintenance of temperature ranges, which is crucial for FMCG and food products.
- Cost flexibility (PAYG): You replace fixed employee and equipment maintenance costs with a scalable model. You only pay for pallets actually handled and recorded.
