Hummus in the main role
Modern and healthy cooking today could not exist without hummus. It is also a basic ingredient of vegetarian cuisine, but due to its taste and richness of vitamins and minerals, meat eaters also willingly adopted it in their cuisine. Hummus is nothing more than a spread prepared from cooked and pureed chickpea seeds. It tastes great as a spread for bread and is also an interesting addition to various dishes. Although hummus is most popular in the Middle East, we can also buy it in Europe. This is good news for people who do not have time to prepare it themselves. Ingredients:
salmon fillet 250 g
baguette
hummus package
a sprig of fresh marjoram
a handful of walnuts
olive oil
freshly ground pepper

Execution:
Grill the salmon and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.
Sprinkle the baguette cut in half with olive oil and toast it in the oven on both sides.
Crumble the nuts into small pieces.
We cut the baguette into slices and spread thick hummus on each of them, add salmon, sprinkle with marjoram and nuts, and finally drizzle with olive oil.
