Here is a recipe for a colorful summer dessert

Ingredients:
• 1 pack of Dr. Strawberry flavored jelly. Oetker
• 1 pack of Dr. gooseberry flavored jelly. Oetker
• 1 pack of Dr. Oetker's peach-flavored jelly
• 1 pack of Dr. cream flavored cream mass. Oetker
• 500 ml. Creams 30%
• 1 can of peaches, approx. 800 g - e.g. Sandra brand

Execution:
1. Dissolve the strawberry jelly in 400 ml of hot water, pour into a bowl with a diameter of 23 cm and set aside to set.

2. Dissolve the gooseberry jelly in 250 ml of hot water.

3.Whip the heavily cooled cream until stiff, at the end of whipping, add the cream mass and mix together.

4. Pour the slightly thickening gooseberry jelly into the cream mixture, mixing all the time. Pour the mixture onto the strawberry jelly, smooth it out and set aside to set.

5. Dissolve the peach jelly in 400 ml of hot water and set aside until it thickens slightly.

6. Pour the peaches into a sieve, dry them on a paper towel, cut them into small pieces, then mix with the jelly and pour over the cream mass. Set aside to set.

7. Before serving, gently cut the top of the dessert with a knife, then place the bowl in a pot of hot water for a few seconds. Cover the bowl with a plate on which we will serve the cake and immediately turn it upside down to put the dessert on the plate.
