Group FoodCare it is a Polish family company, founded by Wiesław Włodarski in 1984. Thanks to constant product development, the company has become one of the leaders of the FMCG industry in Poland. Initially, the company was called Gellwe and produced desserts based on traditional recipes. Gradually, Gellwe is expanding its range of dessert products to include products such as: powdered cakes, icings, creams, baking additives and spices, gelling additives and other loose products (cocoa, drinking chocolate). In the following years, Gellwe is introducing a new category to its portfolio - muesli in single-portion sachets under the brand Fitella.
In 2008, the Gellwe company changes its name to FoodCare.
