Ingredients (4 servings):
• 1 jar of Łowicz Plum with Belgian Chocolate jam
• 500 ml of 30% cream
• 100 ml of milk
• 3 teaspoons of gelatin
• 2 teaspoons of cane sugar
• 2 teaspoons of dried mint
• a pinch of chlorella to color the mousse
• mint leaves for decoration

Execution:
Pour the cream and milk into a pot, add sugar, dried mint, chlorella and heat vigorously, stirring (but not to the point of boiling). Remove the pot from the heat. Pour gelatin into the warm liquid and mix thoroughly until it dissolves. Leave to cool and set slightly. Place alternating portions of mint cream and chocolate jam at the bottom of the cup. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours, preferably until completely set. Before serving, decorate with fresh mint leaves.
