For the hot weather outside, we offer iced coffee inspired by the Piña Colada drink – but without alcohol. A simple recipe you will fall in love with this summer.

Making truly delicious iced coffee at home is not difficult. And the combination of pineapple, coconut, vanilla and coffee is amazing!

Ingredients:
• 100 ml of pineapple juice (e.g. Hortex pineapple nectar)
• 15 ml of coconut syrup (e.g. Victoria Cymes coconut bartender syrup)
• 100 ml coconut water
• 1 small espresso from your favorite coffee brand
• 5 ml of vanilla extract (e.g. Dr.Oetker Bourbon natural vanilla extract)
• ice cubes

Preparation:
Mix the syrup, coconut water and pineapple juice in a shaker. Then pour the espresso into the shaker. Add vanilla extract and a few ice cubes. Stir the dish vigorously. Carefully pour the prepared coffee into a glass and serve, decorated with, for example, a piece of pineapple or orange. You can add whipped cream on top.
