The inconspicuous fruits of hazel contain many medicinal properties. Hazelnuts, as we are talking about them, are a rich source of vitamin E, also known as the vitamin of youth and fertility. You will also find B vitamins that will strengthen your digestive system, as well as potassium, calcium and phosphorus. It's a good thing that the flowering period of hazelnuts falls in autumn - because they are good for cough, which, as we know, often accompanies autumn infections. Just add finely chopped nuts to milk or water with honey and simply drink it.

Ingredients:

  • 150 g of baking margarine
  • 200 g of flour
  • 50 g of sugar
  • 1 pack of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of cream
  • 70 g hazelnuts
  • 70 g of almonds
  • 1 pack of milk chocolate

Preparation:

Mix the flour with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add chopped margarine and cream. Knead everything together quickly and put in the fridge for 60 minutes. Then roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm and cut it into 3×4 cm rectangles. Place the cookies on a greased and floured baking tray and bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. Place a few nuts or almonds on the cooled cookies and pour melted milk chocolate over them.
