Ingredients:
500 ml cream 30 %
200 ml of condensed milk
A package of vanilla sugar
Jam
Half a cube of white chocolate

Preparation:
Whip 400 ml of cream with vanilla sugar.
Add the broken chocolate to 100 ml of cream, mix and place in the microwave for about 40 seconds to combine the ingredients. Set aside to cool.
Pour the milk into a bowl and add a spoonful of the cream whipped in the first stage. Combine the ingredients gently while stirring constantly. Add half of the melted chocolate.
Place about 6 teaspoons of jam on top in different places, pour over the remaining chocolate and mix gently, leaving attractive streaks.
Place in the freezer for at least 10 hours.
Serve with fresh fruit and nuts.
