There is no Easter without white sausage. It tastes great with cranberries or blueberries. You can buy ready-made preserves from the Łowicz brand in stores supplied by STANRO. Below is a recipe for homemade sausage.

Ingredients:
1 kg bacon, cut into cubes (side approx. 2 cm)
1 kg pork neck, also in cubes
1 tablespoon of salt
2 tablespoons of marjoram
1 tablespoon of pepper
1 tablespoon of herbal pepper
4 pressed garlic cloves
225 ml of cold water
casing (intestines)

Preparation:
1) Grind bacon and pork neck in a meat grinder.
2) Combine the meat mixture with salt, pepper, marjoram and garlic. Add some water and knead with your hands. Then gradually add the remaining mixture until everything is thoroughly combined. Cover and set aside in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
3) Soak the intestinal casing in cold water for about 30 minutes.
4) Pull the intestine over the tube placed on the meat grinder. Fill the casing with sausage, and when you reach the appropriate size, tie the end and repeat the operation until you have made as many sausages as you have prepared.
5) Use a metal skewer to make 2-3 small holes in each sausage to allow air to escape during cooking.
