To make forest berry jam, we need the following ingredients:

  • 1 kg of fruit 
  • 330g of sugar 
  • Delecta Dżemix Universal

A method of preparing:
Wash and chop the berries. Mix the prepared fruit (1 kg) with universal jam. Bring everything to a boil, stirring constantly. Add 330 g of sugar and bring to a boil again. Once it boils, keep it on low heat for another 2 minutes. We remove the pot from the heat. Stir the mass until the white foam disappears from its surface. Fill clean, previously sterilized jars with hot jam and close immediately. Leave the jars upside down for a few minutes.

Healthy cold currant dessert 

Below we have a recipe for a summer and healthy currant dessert. Like blueberries, currants are a mine of vitamins and minerals. 100 g of currants contain about 7.9 g of fiber and 100-300 mg of vitamin C. They are a rich source of vitamins B1, B2, B6, PP, K, provitamin A, biotin, folic acid and mineral salts: potassium, sodium, iron , calcium, sulfur compounds and magnesium. Currants are fruits that provide rare microelements such as chlorine, zinc, copper and boron. Currant fruits help in the treatment of liver inflammation, kidney disease and atherosclerosis. They have a positive effect on cleansing the body of toxins and soothe stomach problems. They are recommended for chronic migraine and appetite problems.  

  • 500g red currants
  • 1/5 package of currant jelly 
  • spoon of sugar 
  • 250g hazelnuts  
  • 50 ml of honey
  • 50 g of cocoa butter
  • 8 tablespoons of homemade dried fruit granola
  • ½ package of Delecta Jamix Universal

A method of preparing:
Pour water over hazelnuts and leave overnight. In the morning we strain it. Rub the currants through a strainer to obtain juice. Mix hazelnuts with honey, cocoa butter and 50 ml of currant juice. Place the mass in the fridge. Pour the remaining currant juice into a pot with 100 ml of water, a spoonful of sugar and Delecta Dżemix Universal. Heat everything until it boils, stirring constantly. After about 10-15 minutes, remove the mixture from the burner and add ½ package of currant jelly, stirring thoroughly to dissolve the jelly.
After pouring the jelly into 4 cups, place the cups in the refrigerator for one hour to thicken. Place the nut mass on the layer of currant mass and sprinkle with granola. Desserts can be decorated with currants or sprinkled with coconut flakes.
