Delecta Dżemix Universal best for homemade forest blueberry jam
To make forest blueberry jam, we need the following ingredients:
- 1 kg of fruit
- 330g of sugar
- Delecta Dżemix Universal
Wash the berries and crush them. Mix the prepared fruit (1 kg) with the universal dzemix from Delecta. Boil the whole thing while stirring constantly. Add 330 g of sugar and bring it to a boil again. From the moment of boiling, keep on low heat for another 2 minutes. Take the pot off the stove. Mix the mixture until the white foam disappears from its surface. Fill clean, previously washed jars with jam and close immediately. Leave the jars upside down for a few minutes.

Healthy currant dessert
Below you will find a recipe for a healthy and light currant dessert. Currants are a rich source of of vitamins and minerals, just like blueberries. 100 g of these fruit contain an average of 7.9 g of fiber and 100-300 mg of vitamin C. They are a rich source of vitamin B1, B2, B6, PP, K, provitamin A, biotin, folic acid and mineral salts: potassium, sodium, iron, calcium, sulfur compounds and magnesium. They provide rare microelements, including chlorine, zinc, copper and boron. Currant fruits help in the treatment of liver inflammation, kidney disease and atherosclerosis. They have a positive effect on cleansing the body of toxins and soothe stomach problems. They are recommended for chronic migraine and problems with appetite.
To make the currant dessert, we need the following ingredients:
- 500g of red currants
- 1/5 of a bag of currant jelly
- 1 spoon of sugar
- 250g of hazelnuts
- 50 ml of honey
- 50 g cocoa butter
- 8 tablespoons of homemade dried fruit granola
- ½ packaging of Delecta Dżemix Universal jam
Pour water over the hazelnuts and leave them overnight. Strain the water in the morning. Strain the currants through a strainer until you get all of the juice. Mix the hazelnuts with honey, cocoa butter and 50 ml of currant juice. Put the mass in the fridge. Pour the remaining currant juice into a pot with 100 ml of water, add a spoonful of sugar and dzemix. Heat on the stove until boiling, stirring constantly. After about 10-15 minutes, take the mass off the stove and add ½ of the currant jelly, stirring thoroughly to dissolve the jelly. Pour the jelly mass into 4 cups and put it in the fridge for one hour to thicken. Put the nutty mass on the layer of currant mass and sprinkle with granola. Desserts can be decorated with currants or sprinkled with coconut shavings.
