Waffles are a universal treat for both children and adults. They will be perfect as a treat for grandma who comes to visit us, as well as a snack at our child's birthday party. Their secret lies in the sweet, fluffy cream layered with a crispy wafer. An additional advantage is the fact that they can be available in various configurations. Ingredients:
- packaging of wafers (wire
- 1 kg of sugar
- liter of milk 3.2%
- Cube of butter
- juice of two tangerines
Preparation:
Pour the milk into the pot. When it boils, add sugar and simmer over low heat, stirring constantly, until it becomes kajmak. Add a cube of butter to the prepared hot mass and mix thoroughly until a uniform mass is obtained.
Finally, pour the juice squeezed from two tangerines. Spread the prepared fudge mass onto each wafer and stack one on top of the other.
Once the wafers have hardened, you can cut them and eat them.
