A quick and simple dish: Tagliatelle with zucchini and sun-dried tomatoes. The author of the recipe is Pascal Brodnicki

Time to prepare the dish: 10 minutes.
Cooking time: 15 min.

Ingredients:
250 g of tagliatelle pasta, cooked al dente according to the instructions on the package
3 small seedless and skinless zucchinis
150 ml of thick cream
20 g of dried tomatoes – for example from Vortumnus
50 ml Ramy Fry like a chef – variant with olive oil
3 tablespoons of chopped parsley
1 clove of chopped garlic
30 g grated parmesan
salt pepper

A method of preparing:
Cut the peeled zucchini and dried tomatoes into sticks.
Pour the "Fry like a chef" Rama into the heated pan. Wait until the bubbles disappear from the fat, this is a sign that it has reached the right temperature for frying. Add the garlic, zucchini and sun-dried tomatoes and fry for 5 minutes over high heat.
Reduce heat and add cream, salt and pepper. Cook everything for 2 minutes.
Add the pasta to the pan and stir to cover everything with the sauce.
Place portions on plates, decorate with parsley and parmesan.
