Spring is just around the corner… If you want to invite her to your home, prepare a spring sponge cake roll with colorful ones Baron macarena jellies. You can choose one flavor - for example watermelon or be inspired by the color of the traditional version of these jellies.

Ingredients for the cake:
• 6 eggs
• 6 tablespoons of hot water
• 180 g of sugar
• 100 g of wheat flour
• pinch of salt

Ingredients for the mass:

• 0.5 liter of chilled whipping cream
• 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
• 2 tablespoons of gelatin
• 20 dkg of ready-made Baron macarena sugar jelly

Preparation:

1. Separate the yolks from the whites, add water and sugar. Blend until creamy.
2. Add the sifted flour in small portions, stirring gently.
3. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt.
4. Gently add the whipped cream to the dough.
5. Place the mixture on a rectangular baking tray.
6. Bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C.
7. After baking, remove from the oven and place on a cloth sprinkled with powdered sugar.
8. Sprinkle the surface of the dough with powdered sugar and roll the dough together with a cloth. Don't wait longer than 2 minutes to roll the cake after removing it from the oven. Sprinkling the cake with powdered sugar will prevent the cake from sticking to the cloth. After rolling, cover the roll with foil or a cloth.
9. Set aside to cool.
10. Prepare the mass: Whip the cream with powdered sugar and add the diced marcarena jelly and dissolved but cooled gelatin.
