Icecream with jam

500 ml cream 30%
200 ml of condensed milk
Packaging of vanilla sugar
Jam ½ of white chocolate bar
Add vanilla sugar to 400ml of cream.
Break down the chocolate bar into pieces and add it to the remaining 100ml of cream. Put it into the microwave for 40 second, mix (stir) it with a spoon and leave to cool.
Pour the milk into the bowl and add a spoon of cream you’ve whipped in the first stage. We combine the ingredients gently while stirring. We add half of the dissolved chocolate.
For the top – put teaspoons of jam in 6 different places and pour the remaining chocolate. Mix gently leaving attractive streaks.
Set aside in the freezer for at least 10 hours.
Serve with fresh fruit.
