Barbecue and bonfire are an integral part of every holiday. We want to spend as much time as possible outside before cool autumn and then winter will come. It’s not surprising that everything tastes the best in the open air. Of course, barbecue dishes require sauces, among which ketchup and mayonnaise are the leaders. Ingredients for 4 people:
500 g of beef
4 tbsp ketchup
8 slices of smoked bacon
4 hamburger buns
10 mushrooms, sliced
1 white onion (shredded)
2 handfuls of arugula
4 tbsp of mayonnaise
4 tbsp of oil
We wash and clean the meat, cut into pieces and grind in a food processor. We add pepper and salt and form 4 burgers.
Fry mushrooms and onions in olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper.
We put burgers on a pre-heated grill and fry for about 10 minutes, during this time changing sides at least twice. Brush them with ketchup before the next changes. Also grill bacon and buns (cut them in half), which then smear with mayonnaise.
Whenever you find burgers done, put them on the buns, cover with arugula, mushrooms and bacon, close the roll and it’s ready!
