Fruit juices for health

Do you know that drinking a glass of apple juice once a day will benefit your health? Apples are extremely valuable fruit and as such they should have an important place in your diet, similiarly for oranges. Of course we can prepare the juice ourselves, but who has the time today… Fortunately, there are shops filled with such products, that will not disappoint you, almost on every corner. For the sake of our health, let’s read the labels, thus avoiding artificial colors and preservatives, buried in tons of sugar. What’s more, if the shelf life of the drink will be disturbingly long – put the fake juice back in it’s place! 2 kg pork shoulder
5 red onions
1, 5 cup of apple juice
4 glasses of cider
3 tbsp brown sugar
dark roast sauce
3 bay leaves
4 sprigs thyme

Rub the meat with salt and pepper. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees C.

At the bottom of the heat-resistant dish put onions (cut into strips) pour olive oil (3-4 tablespoons) and cover with meat. You put everything into the oven for 30 minutes.

Mix apple juice, cider and sugar, then pour the ovenproof ovenware out of the oven, add thyme and bay leaves, and finally cover with aluminum foil. When the temperature in the oven drops to around 180 degrees C back, put the dish inside it and leave for about 2 hours.

Then remove the foil and bake for another half hour.
