Aromatic holidays

Christmas is a magical time filled with joy and love. They are often accompanied by a variety of colors and an unforgettable aroma. It is the smell that creates a unique atmosphere, thanks to which the memories of Christmas stay in us for years. During the preparations for Christmas, the kitchen and the whole apartment are filled with the smell of baked cakes and cookies. You can feel the spices, the vanilla cane smells beautiful and the cheesecakes taken out of the oven tempt you with fluffy, moist mass. It is hard to fight the temptation not to taste all these delicacies before the first star flashes.

There are no holidays without baking together, here is the recipe for spicy cookies:



  • 200 g cold butter
  • 2 yolks
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons spice cookies
  • 2 cups of flour


Sift the flour along with the powdered sugar and the spice to the pastry board. Add diced butter and yolks. Knead a uniform dough. Form a ball, wrap in foil and put in the fridge for a minimum of one hour. Roll out the dough on a countertop sprinkled with flour. Cut out any shapes of cookies. Arrange on baking paper and put in the oven for 10 minutes at 190 degrees.
