Do you love the combination of a delicate, sweet cream and a shortbread biscuit? Could you eat delicious cakes all the time? What about trying a well-known taste in a new, original way? What if a favorite Oreo turned into a wonderfully sweet cold cheesecake? Sounds interesting? So get to know the recipe:

Ingredients:

Bottom:

  • 165 g oreo cookies
  • 40 g butter

Curd:

  • 750g cottage cheese from the bucket
  • 120g icing sugar
  • 3 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 5 flat teaspoons of gelatin powder
  • 400g sweet cream 30-36%
  • 10 oreo Cookiem

Decoration:

  • 6 oreo cookies

Preparation:

Cover the bottom of the springform tin with a diameter of 24 cm with baking paper. Ground oreo cookies into a homogeneous mass. Melt the butter and add immediately to the ground cookies, then mix. Put the finished mass on the bottom of the mold and knead with a spoon. Put in the fridge for half an hour.

The next step is to prepare the mass for the cheesecake. Pour gelatin over 5 tablespoons of cold water. Leave to swell for about 5- 10 minutes. Blend the cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Heat the swollen gelatin with stirring until the gelatin dissolves. Add 2-3 tablespoons of grated cheese to it and mix thoroughly. Pour into the rest of the cheese, stirring vigorously. Whip the cream separately stiffly and mix. Cut 10 cookies into quarters and mix.

Put the mass on the previously prepared bottom. Align. Cut six cookies in half along a knife and pull out the cream. Place the cream-free cookies on the cheese mass. Put the cake in the fridge overnight so that the mass concentrates and the cookies soften.
