What if your favorite Oreo turned into a wonderfully sweet cold cheesecake? Sounds interesting? So get to know the recipe:

Ingredients:

Bottom:

  • 165 g Oreo cookies
  • 40 g butter

Curd:

  • 750 g of cottage cheese from a bucket
  • 120 g of powdered sugar
  • 3 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 5 flat teaspoons of gelatin powder
  • 400 g sweet cream 30-36%
  • 10 Oreo cookies

Decoration:

  • 6 Oreo cookies

Preparation:

Line the bottom of a 24 cm diameter cake tin with baking paper. Grind the Oreo cookies into a uniform mass. Melt the butter and add it immediately to the ground cookies, then mix. Place the prepared mass on the bottom of the form and knead it with a spoon. Put in the fridge for half an hour.

The next step is to prepare the cheesecake mass. Pour 5 tablespoons of cold water over gelatin. Leave to swell for about 5-10 minutes. Mix the cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Heat the swollen gelatin, stirring until the gelatin dissolves. Add 2-3 tablespoons of grated cheese to it and mix thoroughly. Pour in the rest of the cheese, stirring vigorously. Separately, whip the cream until stiff and mix. Cut 10 cookies into quarters and mix.

Place the mixture on the previously prepared base. Align. Cut six cookies in half lengthwise with a knife and remove the cream. Place the cookies without cream on the cheese mixture. Place the dough in the refrigerator overnight to allow the mixture to harden and the cookies to soften.
