Cold cheesecake with marshmallow

Do you need a sweet idea? You don’t know what to serve for coffee or what put on the table for name day? We have a delicious cold cheesecake for you. The secret to the unique taste is the presence of the marshmallows that melts in your mouth. The cheesecake composition will be graced by Wedel’s sweets to choose from:

• Mango Shake flavored marshmallow
• Peanut butter marshmallow
• Walnut flavored marshmallow
• Strawberry Shake flavored marshmallow
• Marshmallow in caramel chocolate

Cold cheesecake with marshmallow


• 800 g quark
• half a liter of 30% cream
• 2 vanilla sugar
• 3/4 cup sugar
• juice of 1 lemon
• zest of 1 lemon
• 8 teaspoons of gelatin
• biscuits with cream filling
• marshmallow (any amount and taste)
• 2 red jelly
• frozen raspberries


Grate the quark with sugar, vanilla sugar, zest and lemon juice. Sprinkle gelatin with cold water, that it swells. Then mix it with half a glass of boiling water. Set aside to cool. Whip the cream with stiff whipped cream. Combine still liquid gelatin with 1 cup of cheese mass.
While mixing the rest of the curd, add a glass of gelatin quickly. Gently mix the cheese mass with whipped cream.
At the bottom of the dish (size: 18 x 28 cm; wall height: 9 cm), put out biscuits. Pour half the cheese mass on them. Lay the marshmallow on it and pour the remaining half of the mass.
Set aside to set. In the meantime, prepare the jelly (according to the instructions on the package). Put raspberries on the cheesecake and pour them with solid jelly. Put the cake in the fridge for a few hours.
