Drinks full of energy and colors

February 7, 2020

We are used to drinking refreshing drinks in the summer, when the heat makes us feel bad. However, it is still a long way to summer, and refreshment can also be useful on winter days. Because in winter we lack energy, we operate at a slow half-sleep. We also lack colors, sunshine and the feeling that everything around us pulsates and teems with life. Instead of waiting for the weather to improve and counting the days to summer, let’s prepare a substitute at home. We offer colorful, non-alcoholic cocktails that refresh you and give you energy. They are also great as a drink for guests invited to celebrate the carnival.

A cocktail with a fresh hint of mint

Ingredients:

  • half a lime
  • a teaspoon of brown sugar
  • 1 handful of fresh mint
  • 1 handful of ice
  • a can of energy drink

Preparation:

Divide the lime into quarters. Then pour a tablespoon of brown sugar into a glass. Add a handful of fresh mint and lime quarters. Using a muddler, knead all ingredients. Add ice and a can of energy drink.

Fruit cocktail dizziness
