If you don't have time to make your own kajmak mass, we recommend using ready-made Bakalland mass in traditional, cocoa or nut flavors. They are as perfect as those made by hand. Below you will find a recipe for cheesecake using such kajmak mass. Surprise your family and friends with this cake!

Ingredients:

• 150 g biscuits
• 50 g butter
• 700 g of semi-skimmed cottage cheese
• 3 large eggs
• 3 egg yolks
• 50 g of sugar
• a package of vanilla sugar
• 2 spoons of baking powder
• 1 pack of traditional Bakalland fudge fudge mass with traditional flavor. You can also use Kajmak fudge mass with cocoa or nut flavor from the Bakalland brand
• 50 g Bakalland almonds
• 50 g Bakalland walnuts

Preparation:

Crumble the biscuits, combine them with butter and place them on the bottom of a cake tin lined with baking paper. We prepare the cheesecake mass. Crumble the cottage cheese and mix with sugar, gradually add eggs, yolks, vanilla sugar and baking powder. Pour the prepared mixture into the cake tin and bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
After the cake has cooled down, prepare the selected kajmak mass by heating it in a pot until it becomes slightly pourable. Then pour the mixture over the cheesecake and let it cool. Decorate with halves of nuts and almonds.

All kajmak masses can be found in stores where MPT Stanro delivers its products.[:]
