Soft marshmallow with coconut flavour covered with chocolate – do it yourself or buy it

Do you feel like having a delicious soft marshmallow with coconut flavour covered with chocolate? So Ptasie Mleczko (the name literally mean “bird’s milk”) from Wedel company is your choice! This is probably one of the most popular Polish sweets. Taste new summer limited edition: WEDEL Ptasie mleczko with the flavour of mango sorbet or WEDEL Ptasie mleczko with the flavour of coconut. Soft marshmallow covered with white chocolate, which immediately melts in the mouth!
You may buy it in shops where MPT Stanro supplies its products. If you can’t fid it – try to prepare similar dessert. We propose you easy recipe for delicious coconut bird’s milk in Polish style.

INGREDIENTS:
Marshmallow:
400 ml of coconut milk
2 tablespoons of xylitol
3 teaspoons of gelatin (or agar)
1 teaspoon of lemon juice

Chocolate icing:
30g of clarified butter / coconut oil
2 flat of cocoa spoons
2 tablespoons of coconut milk

DIRECTIONS:

1. Boil in a pot the coconut milk
2. Add xylitol, gelatine and stir it. Bring to the boil again. Take the pot out of the fire and add lemon juice. Mix again and leave to cool and soft concentration.
3. Spread the mass on a larger mold or into small molds.
4. Put in the fridge until it solidifies.
5. Prepare the chocolate icing – melt the butter / coconut oil in a pot, add cocoa and mix quickly. Then add milk and mix thoroughly. Leave to cool.
6. When the chocolate icing is a little chilled, remove the marshmallow from the mold. Pour over the icing. Small pieces of marshmallow can be coated in chocolate icing.
7. Put marshmallow with icing back into the fridge until it solidifies – about 30 minutes
8. Remove from the fridge and cut into small pieces – if a large mold was used.
