Here’s the recipe for a colorful summer dessert

• 1 x Dr. Oetker Strawberry Flavoured Jelly
• 1 x Dr. Oetker Gooseberry Flavored Jelly
• 1 x Dr. Oetker Peach Flavored Jelly
• 1 X Dr. Oetker Cream Flavoured Sour Cream Filling
• 500 ml. of 30% cream
• 1 can of peaches – approx. 800g – e.g. Sandra brand


1. Dissolve the strawberry jelly in 400 ml of hot water, pour into a bowl (diameter 23 cm) and wait until jelly will be ready.

2. Dissolve the gooseberry jelly in 250 ml of hot water.

3. Beat well chilled cream until stiff, add Dr. Oetker Cream Flavoured Sour Cream Filling at the end of whipping and mix together.

4. Combine the whipped cream all the time stirring with cool liquid gooseberry jelly.
Put the mass on the strawberry jelly and wait until mass will be firm.

5. Peach jelly dissolve in 400 ml of hot water and leave to cool until just on the point of setting.

6. Peaches pour on a sieve, dry on a paper towel, cut into small pieces, then mix with peach jelly. Pour on a cream mass. Chill for at least 2 hours to set firmly.

7. To serve, fill a bowl with very hot water and dip the moulds, one at a time into the water for 2-3 seconds. Invert onto serving places.
