Today Dessert: Mint panna cotta with czekodżem (jam+ chocolate) Łowicz

Ingredients (4 servings):
• 1 jar of czekodżem (jam+ chocolate) Łowicz – Plum with Belgian Chocolate flavour
• 500 ml of cream 30%
• 100 ml of milk
• 3 teaspoons of gelatine
• 2 teaspoons of cane sugar
• 2 teaspoons of dried mint
• a pinch of chlorella to make color of the mousse
• mint leaves for decoration

Cream and milk pour into a pot, add sugar, dried mint, chlorella and while stirring – heat well (but not to boil). Take the pot out of the fire. Add gelatine to a warm liquid and mix thoroughly until it dissolves. Leave to cool and soft concentration of gelatine.
At the bottom of the goblet spread alternately a portion of mint fondant and a czekodżem Łowicz. Put in the fridge for 2 hours and preferably up to a total concentration of gelatine. Decorate dessert with fresh mint leaves before serving.
