Cake with Prince Polo

There is nothing like a tasty wafer covered with milk chocolate. The classics are the best, so the immortal Prince Polo wafers should be your first choice. It is a Polish sweets brand, very popular across the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Lithuania, Ukraine and Iceland. Of course wafers can also be found and ordered from Stanro wholesalers offers. What’s more, Prince Polo is also great fit as an addition to ice creams and even cakes. Today, we offer and idea for baking a cake with the addition of wafers. Choose the ones you like the most: Classic, Milk, Coconut or Nut. Necessarily in XXL size!

Ingredients on the form 24 x 26 cm:

350 g of cocoa biscuits

200 g butter

1/2 glass of milk

3-4 tablespoons of crystal sugar

2.5 cups of milk powder

150 g of wafer prince polo

500 ml cream 30%

1 tablespoon of powdered sugar

2 packages of cream fix

50 g of dark or milk chocolate


Put the chopped butter into the pot, pour the milk, pour in the sugar and dissolve everything while keeping the heat low and stirring occasionally, then cool it thoroughly.

Firstly we need to crush the wafers of prince polo.
Then put previously cooled milk mixture, fat and sugar into a bowl, pour in a lot of powdered milk and mix everything thoroughly, after all that diary the dairy we add the chopped wafers and mix everything with a spoon.
At the bottom of the baking mold lined with baking paper place the biscuits and then spread the milk mass on the layer you’ve just made. On top of that make another layer of biscuits.

In a high dish, whiop chilled cream, adding powdered sugar and sour cream when it’s almost ready. We put the sour cream on the top of biscuits layer and spread it evenly, then sprinkle it with small meshes of bitter or milk chocolate grinded on a grater. We put the finished cake in the fridge for a few hours.
